Hey there! I’m Lynn Bee!
I’m so glad you’re here. Together, we break free. Together, we heal. Welcome to THE COURAGE TO BE—where your voice matters, your story is valid, and your freedom is waiting.
For years, I lived in the shadow of people-pleasing, afraid to take up space, silencing my own needs to keep others comfortable. But that silence came at a cost—I lost myself. I was living a lie- stuck between two realities. My journey to healing wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. Through therapy, faith, and deep self-reflection, I learned that true healing begins from the inside out. I had to face my trauma, unlearn harmful patterns, and, most importantly, learn to love myself.
This blog is more than just my story—it’s a space for all of us to heal. Whether you’re overcoming past wounds, learning to set boundaries, or rediscovering your voice, you’re not alone. Here, we embrace the messy, beautiful journey of healing—through God, therapy, and self-love.
